The Evolution of a Builder

I’ve built multi-billion-dollar systems, managed global teams, and led high-stakes turnarounds where failure wasn’t an option. I cut my teeth in finance, forged my reputation in crisis, and earned trust from investors, regulators, and leadership teams.

But over time, something shifted.

For a long time, I was driven by titles, numbers, and recognition — and I earned all of them.

But at some point, the metrics that once defined me stopped meaning anything, and a desire to live a life of meaning became the metric I valued most.

Now, I work with companies that are building something that matters — often in sustainability, financial inclusion, health, mental health, or tech for good. Teams who care about the world they’re shaping — not just the markets they’re capturing. I bring structure to ambition, clarity to chaos, and precision to operations. I believe companies can serve something bigger than just the bottom line. Profit doesn’t have to conflict with making the world better for us all.

The edge is still sharp.

The work is more intentional.

The mission is a better world. I help the right companies scale—faster, cleaner, and without compromise.

I’m not interested in status or titles.
I’m here for work worth doing — with people who care about doing it right.
